Fourth-Quarter Push Not Enough in Road Battle at Tri-C
Bryant & Stratton (Ohio) put together a strong fourth-quarter surge, but the comeback fell short in a 67–60 road loss Wednesday night at Cuyahoga Community College.
The Bobcats trailed by as many as 15 entering the final period but outscored Tri-C 23–15 behind aggressive rebounding and timely buckets. Despite the late momentum, the gap proved too large to overcome.
Ryann Greenfield delivered another standout performance, posting 19 points, 14 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists—a complete two-way effort that fueled the Bobcats throughout the night.
Delesha "FeFe" Jackson added 16 points and 5 boards, attacking downhill and keeping the offense steady.
Destinee White contributed 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 steals, giving the Bobcats a big lift defensively.
Aryn Harris chipped in 8 points and 5 rebounds, while Precious Williams and Marisela Santos added key minutes off the bench to help B&SC tie the rebounding battle 46–46 and stay within striking distance.
Cold shooting at the line (8–26) ultimately hurt the Bobcats, but the fourth quarter showed their toughness and resilience on the road against one of the OCCAC's top defensive teams.
B&SC returns home for a major showdown tonight.
