Bobcats Survive Thriller on the Road, Edge Buffalo 75–74
Bryant & Stratton College (Ohio) earned a gritty conference road win Thursday night, defeating Bryant & Stratton (Buffalo) 75–74 inside the Burt Flickinger Center. The victory pushes Ohio to 15–7 overall and 10–2 in conference play, maintaining momentum entering Saturday's Pink Out game.
Ohio controlled much of the first half and went into the break ahead 38–35. The second half became a back-and-forth battle, featuring multiple lead changes and late-game pressure on both sides. The Bobcats stayed poised, made key defensive stops, and closed out the final minute to secure the one-point win.
Greg Thurman delivered a standout performance with 22 points, knocking down timely baskets throughout the night. Tareeq Roper added 17 points, attacking downhill and giving Ohio consistent production in the backcourt.
Inside, Phillip Byrd anchored the paint with 13 rebounds, while Adeboye Akinode added 8 points and 4 boards. The bench also stepped up, led by Dondi Harper's 8 points on efficient shooting.
