Bryant & Stratton (Ohio) wrapped up a challenging weekend road trip with a split, falling at Bloomfield on Saturday before bouncing back with a strong road win over Bryant & Stratton (Albany) on Sunday.
On Saturday afternoon, the Bobcats were tested at Bloomfield, where a strong second-half push by the home team led to an 89–69 final. Bryant & Stratton (Ohio) trailed by eight at the break, but continued to compete throughout the second half. Detric Hearst led all scorers with a game-high 29 points, knocking down four three-pointers and finishing aggressively at the rim. Greg Thurman added 11 points and five rebounds, while Phillip Byrd and Sam Whitaker III provided energy on the glass. Despite solid effort and balanced contributions, Bloomfield's shooting surge and rebounding edge proved decisive.
The Bobcats responded Sunday with one of their most complete offensive performances of the season, earning a 92–85 win at Bryant & Stratton(Albany). Bryant & Stratton (Ohio) came out aggressive, scoring 54 first-half points and building momentum that carried through the second half. Detric Hearst again led the way with 23 points, while Greg Thurman added 16 points and five assists. Brian Gillespie provided a major spark off the bench with 16 points & some monster dunks, and Tareeq Roper chipped in 10 points and seven assists as the Bobcats showcased balanced scoring and improved ball movement to secure the road victory.
